Aqua medic dosing pump

Just got done priming and calibrating my evo 4 doser. Right now there is water in lines, will only be dosing 2 ml at a time do I need to run alkalinity and calcium liquid thru the lines or does the 2 ml it draws make it to my sump? Thanks

No you will have too prime all the lines with your calc and alk .once you’ve set it up and calibrated it .. just use the manual setting too run the pump until you think it’s at the end of your line

How do you like this unit? Easy to adjust?

Just set it up but very easy to set up and the remote control was nice for the set up you can sit on a chair and make adjustments

It’s easy too use and program .. unfortunately I bought mine second hand and it failed .. I now have a coral box with WiFi .. which I can highly recommend .. the evo 4 can only dose min 1 ml .. coral box can dose o.01 ml which means I can dose lots more small amounts over a 24 hr period .. which in turn helps with stability.. imo !!
