my reactor has arrived today but i have no idea how much gfo I should be putting into it. I have stuff called antiphos, which doesn’t really state how much is needing to be used. The sponges in the reactor are really far apart, do I fill it with the gfo all the way up?
The gfo packet says I can have high water flow through it so it doesn’t matter if it moves around a lot.
Any advice would be appreciated

You want the GFO to move about. If it does not, it'll clump up and prevent (or restrict, at least) water flow through it, which reduces it's effectiveness.

You could try the GFO calculator at BRS as a starting point - looks like Antiphos would be considered "High Capacity", so I'd suggest that option.
