Aqua Medic twin controller problem

So I generally don’t buy used stuff since it usually comes with a host of problems but this time I went against my better judgement and it looks like it bit me in the butt.

Can’t seem to make heads or tails of this thing

The most obvious issue is that my tank isn’t 50 degrees [emoji1]
The second problem is that I seem to be missing a bunch of functions when I scroll through the options but that could honestly just be me not understanding the horrible UI on this thing.

Is there anyway to do a hard reboot or something to check if it’s a software problem and not a broken temp probe?

If anyone else gets this problem it’s apparently something that can’t be fixed.
