Iv picked up a used Aqua One 195 tank off the bay for a decent price. Iv try to set it up and it appears that the return plumbing is missing. i have messaged the seller and he doesnt have it in his shed so ill have to figure something out.
I picked up a 21.5mm floplast tank connector from my local hardware store (https://www.diy.com/departments/flo...waste-tank-connector-dia-21-5mm/178484_BQ.prd), and it has a 3/4" threaded section that goes through the tank. However, once i tried to attach it to the tank it became apparent that the hole in the tank for the return is smaller than 3/4".
Looking at the dimensions, it seems the next size down is 5/8", however shopping around for bulkheads in this size these seem to be uncommon.
The next size down is 1/2" and there are plentiful of these bulkheads. But surely 1/2" on a return is too small?
does anyone know the size of the original manufacture return bulkhead for these tanks?
