Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has or has used this lighting system?
I'm looking to start adding coral to my tank but obviously need the correct lighting.
Also does this give off the "neon" blue like you see in the pet stores?
New to these lights so as much info as possible would be great. Does it stay blue all the time or does the white also give the coral what they need?
All a bit confusing lol.

Thanks in advance :)

Lighting depends on what type of corals you want to keep. That light has to channels, white and blue. You would run blues for a couple of hours in the morning, then add the whites for 4-6 hours, finally turn whites off and run only blue for another 2 hrs before turning them off. By the specs on that light you would be able to keep mainly soft corals.
