Just to confirm, you are talking about these guys, right?
AquaRay | LED Lights
They have three or four different shapes/power levels - which particular unit(s) are you thinking about?
If you're going for their dimming control, I can't comment...never seen/used it. Wasn't available when they first came out.
By the fact that the Radion is on your list should we assume that budget is no object? In my estimation they are overpriced for what you get, but if budget has no meaning then that's a hollow argument.

If the Aqua Beams you are looking at fall into that price category, then they get a "ditto". (I have no idea if they are.)
If value is a significant part of the equation, AI's or DIY would be my personal preference.
With AI's you'll need no more than 1 unit per foot of tank - possibly half of that or even less. If you are planning to hang them and have some vertical flexibility, you can cover around 24" with a single unit. They lens their LED's so they will have better reach into the tank than similar un-lensed LED's.
If budget is a more signifiant factor, you will probably want to consider a DIY solution. These will range in price from bargain-basement (my current LED setup cost less to build than the replacement halide bulbs I needed for the old fixture) to....well your imagination is the only limit.
Also, why don't you take a step back and tell us a little about the system you're thinking of putting this light on. Is it an existing tank or a new build?
