Yes, you must go through check out on that piece you want. Even though it's in your cart, it doesn't mean that its yours yet.

Yes, you must make a regular purchase to qualify (the free ones and $1 ones do not count towards a regular purchase, but I have $3 ones, and $5 ones that will :))

A couple more hours! very soon, we will start to unleash the madness! I priced things pretty freaking crazy for this, tons of pieces under cost lol! 50 free ones, 50 one dollar ones, and lots of $3 and $5 ones!
