if your order says cancelled most likely someone paid right before you...I just checked both of mine and they show pending status on the account info tab. You should also check your email and confirm payment and order number.
For those that are not local, you just need to add shipping to your cart once and pay for it. If you are trying to add multiple pieces to your order at once I can tell you from the live sales I've participated in you are not going to have time to - they go quick and that is probably going to also screw up your order and cause it to get cancelled
