First off, my apologies if this belongs in the 'Vendor Feedback' section, but after looking there, it doesn't appear that all feedback is actually seen by the vendors...or may it is and no one responds...:noidea:
Anyway, I picked up a few SPS Sticks, Acans and a Maxima Clam from Will during the last Aqua SD Live Sale. The Live Sale was on a sunday, I had my invoice by Monday as promised, and Will was ready to ship out my order by Wednesday, until that 'Winter Storm' shutdown the southern half. I e-mailed Will and he gladly held my corals for me for another week until Fedex resumed normal operation.
I got my corals today and even a couple freebies were included. The packaging was awesome, everything was labeled so I knew exactly what everything was. I think my Maxima had like 5 or 6 bags around it, haha. I temp acclimated the corals, dipped them, and added them in...I did drip acclimate the clam for about 2 hours as well...
Anyway all the polyps are opened up on the SPS, the Acans have their feeders out, and the clam looks pretty darn happy right now. I found a nice flat rock to stick under it, so I hope it will attach itself within a few days.
Needless to say, I think I can sometimes be a demanding customer, but Will never left any of my e-mails unanswered...and with that I think Aqua SD is a great vendor and Will is a stand up guy to work with...Oh, and the Live Sale was awesome too!!!
Thanks Aqua SD / Will!!!!
