Just bought this 25 watt version from lfs. Installed it today and noticed the bulb is 57 watt. Is this a problem? I plugged it in and call lit up

Can you tell if its ballast is rated at 25 watts or 57 watts?

Not sure which ballast I have. It is about 10" long.

Not sure either. I know both of them have the same bulb length (same outer body and glass tube) but the bulb and ballast are not the same.

Wonder if the 25-watt ballast pushes the 57-watt bulb at 25 watts?

This is the code number on my 25-watt ballast or serial # ?
