Aqua uv 25 watt

I am in need of replacing my bulb and sleeve on my 25 watt aqua UV. I am wondering if I can put a 57 watt bulb by changing the transformer and use rhe same housing as my 25 watt unit. The length of bulb and housing are the same I believe. Just wondering if anyone has had luck achieving this. Thanks

I think the inner lass tube might be different, but your best bet would be to contact AquaUV directly for clarification.

Yes you can covert a 25 watt Aqua UV to a 57 watt version, you will need a new bulb and transformer like you stated. I heard this from here as well as the guys from Aqua UV when I spoke with them at a show.
