Yeah, the ich attack probably killed off most of your inhabitants on that live rock. That would explain the ammonia. You may not need the product.

The good thing is that it does not have heavy metals. I wonder how herbal supplement would turn into ...
I would say that in a disease situation like yours, you ought to be patient, and not try to fix everything at once. 0.25 could be a false reading. Since i've never used this ich treatment, i can't be sure.
I'd definitely avoid mixing different bacterial products, it might result in a bacterial bloom.

There's the herbal one, ich attack, and the chemical one, Rid-Ich Plus. Personally I'm not sure the herbal one would even work on SW ich.

Hi bigblue. Yes, my blue tang is doing much better. I dosed ich attack and garlic extreme in their food and it worked like a charm. I did have to double the recommended dose but I am very pleased with how ich attack works. Thanks for asking.
