So I ordered my newest Hamilton pendant from aquacave and it came looking used and beat up. The box it came in was perfect so wasn't done in shipping.I needed this light ASAP so didn't have option to return. I sent them a email right away about it seeing what they would offer. They said I could order another and return this one. I told them that's a lot of hassle etc then they offered 10% off and would refund me first thing last Friday morning. So it never showed up so I asked again Monday and got a simple answer of yes will get refund and still no refund on my junk light. I told the guy straight out from start ill gladly write on the fixture this is the crap aquacave sends you on my pendant and post pics on forums I'm on in my build threads. It just may come to that as they are not good to deal with. Never again.just a heads up that they don't stand up to what they say all the time. How long does it really take to refund a partial paypal payment???? Why do I gotta beg to make this better?

Well it's taken care of now. I understand the holidays and what not but was told last Thursday that would be taken care of first thing Friday morning. It took couple emails after that.
And honestly if a mod wants they can remove this as a Christmas gift to them.
