Just got an Aquaclear and I'm converting it into a HOB refugium. What are some cheap, easy lighting ideas I can use?
I found this on amazon, will it work?
-this is my first refugium-

I would try it, get the 7w version, 2w will make a difference. If you going with chaeto(best choice) it actually doesn't need any super fancy lighting. Not too much of an investment, I've considered doing the same with an ac hob, but had a reactor laying around and made an algae reactor instead.

Yeah I was just gonna throw in a little bit of mud, maybe a small piece of live rock, and chaeto. I'll give the 7W one a try. Can't complain too much for $15 lol
