Aquacontroller is blank. Need help ASAP

I was updating my pm1 module when the power disconnected. The aquacontroller is how black and doesn’t display. Online it says to update without the screen by downloading the newest firmware. I’m very slow with this stuff. But it looks like the newest firmware now needs the screen to finish updating? Any help would be appreciated. I don’t have heaters running while I’m trying I figure this out
 
If firmware this is the process.


Configuration > Module Setup
Choose your display module from the drop down list.
If you have multiple display listed, choose the display module with the highest AquaBus address.
Click the update firmware button.
Click the submit module change.
Wait 10 seconds to see progression of the module firmware.
If you do not see that the module is being updated at the bottom of the screen
Then remove from the display module AquaBus and plug it back in.
If you still do not see any progression, then try removing from the AquaBus an additional time.
If you had multiple displays listed please try the steps above on the other display modules.
If you see updating firmware progression, then more than likely, your display screen will turn on shortly.

I need a lot of hand holding. I don’t know how to get the laptop to communicate with it.
 
It keeps coming back as login unsuccessful. I don’t know my username and password and can’t use the display to find it.

You’ll have to use the forgot password. If not contact Neptune support and they will help you out. Sorry.
