I live and ship from Massachusetts. I only ship Mondays through Thursdays. Ship DOA Guarantee: Standard DOA rules apply. A picture of coral dead in bag within two hours of delivery for replacement. Buyer must receive package on first delivery attempt in order for replacement. Shipping is non-refundable. Not responsible for shipping delays. The corals will be packaged extremely well and individually labeled. I will provide my personal cell to purchaser and document the process including taking pictures of corals being bagged, and pictures of receipts when package is dropped off.
