AquaForest 1,2,3

just picked up some Aquaforest Component 1,2,3 from @SustainableMarine. Can’t wait to start using this product. Read so many positive reviews about it. Have to get it hooked up to my DOS. Amazingly enough Apex only gives you 2 dosing ports when most people use 3. . Don’t really want to buy another DOS so may have to look at getting another cheap Doser. Anyone else have experience with this product?

There are a few threads about using AF 123, almost all of them are positive.

The DOS is great for 2 part or water changes, but if you run one of the 3 or 4 parts then you need another DOS or another pump.

BRS makes single dosing pumps, then you have Jebao, ATI, Pacific Sun, and GHL that standalone make 4-7 head dosers.

I use it personally for my 93 cube and have been using AF well over a year. They have come down a tad in price and I have literally their entire line including 1,2 and 3. My tank you can say is an Aqua-forest tank.

Although a kessil lover which I have AP700s on my 360g, I use Ai Prime HD and an Ai hydra 25

Hi Tim, I've been using AF for 2.5 yrs now, great products! Ian was messaging me today about AF products for someone, I'm assuming it's you... You will need to have 3 pumps for 123 as they should be dosing in equal parts based on your Alk consumption. Reefsupplies carries a single wifi controlled dosing pump made by Kamoer which will work well for you alongside the DOS.

Awesome, thanks!! I am sure it was for me lol, Ian is a great guy! Can’t say enough great things about him! Truly passionate for the hobby and the work he does with the reefs. I will definitely look into the extra doser. I will try and not tell the wife I need another one...omg lol.. Ian has been a great help to me!

Couldn't agree more, what I like about him is that if he's unsure of something he'll ask someone who does know rather than just trying to make a sale. He cares and wants to see people succeed.
