AquaForest AF-90 reactor setup?

Hey all,
I just purchased the smallest of AquaForest's new media reactors the AF-90. I'm going to try and set up a return manifold on my return pump in the future but for now I don't know what pump would power it sufficiently. Any suggestions on a low price pump (because eventually I'm going to replace it with the manifold) that I should buy to run a zeolite & carbon mix setup in the reactor?

Depending on how much flow you want or little, do you have a valve for it? Look at Eheim Compact pumps I have the 300 model for GFO
