Aquaforest Life Bio Fil - Use during cycle?

Hi Reefers

I stumbled across the Life Bio Fil during one of my many nights browsing the dark corners of the internet, and I bought it! Now, the instructions says it is recommended for new tanks; fine- I get that!

Is is recommended to use during the cycle as well- or should I wait for the cycle to be completed?

Note: I am using Dr. Tims one-and-only to cycle my tank.

Yes you should use it during the cycle as it will immediately help with the nitrification as it contains beneficial bacteria.
