Aquaforest Life Source and Life Bio Fil

Anyone have any experience with Aquaforest Probiotics? I use components 123 and a handful of aquaforest products and have had amazing results. I am planning to use the Life Bio Fil and Life source and wanted some input before getting started. I watched some videos (all positive) but would like more information before starting. Should I start both products at once? Any other recommendations appreciated.

Think of Bio Fil as live nitrifying bacteria that's used to seed an aquarium with biological filtration to kickstart the cycling process.
And Aquaforest Probiotics are a mix of multiple probiotic waterborne bacteria that's used to maintain and establish the probiotic bacteria colony living in your system.
Both should be totally fine to add in conjucntion with one another but I would still regularly test to be on the safe side.

I'm cycling my rock/sand with Life Source and MicroBacter Clean prior to setting up my tank. Two weeks in to the experiment.
