I receantly posted a thread "aquaforest 10ml micro e bottles under filled.i reached out to af and had trouble getting a response from them.noticing my frustration perry and anirban two us reps stepped in to assist.they contacted af I got me a response.saturday I received a 50ml.bottle of micro e in the mail.i was not expecting nor did I ask for one.i just wanted to let af know they had a quality controle issue.
I want to thank perry and anerban for going out of the way to help.i also want to thank af for the response and the new bottle of micro e.by doing so they have a costomer for life.not just because of the replacement.these products deliver what they promise and that's rare in reefing.
in my 15 years of reefing I have never seen such a change in growth and coloration from one product.i've been using the component 1-2-3 and micro e for 4 months now.
if you have not tried these amazing products you may be missing out on something special for your tank.they truly do work as advertised.no doubt about it.
