aquaforest micro e 10ml. bottles underfilled.

I recently purchased a bottle of af micro e from brs.when I opened the box and held it up.i noticed it was a third full.i took a 5ml syringe and sucked out the contents.it only contained 3 ml solution.i contacted brs and they sent me a new bottle the next week.when I received the new bottle it also had 3ml solution.contacted brs again and they sent me another bottle the following week.same issue with it.between the 3 bottles they only contained 9ml of micro e.i did purchase the 10ml amino mix with the first order and it did contain a full 10 ml.
i'm a huge fan of af and my tanks have NEVER looked better sense starting the 1-2-3 system.not sure what happened with the micro e but just wanted users to be on the look out for this issue.it may not be isolated to just the micro e.
 
ive tried several different ways to contact af about this.i'm guessing they don't care about quality control or me.really sucks!thought they were better than this.

As a FYI,
BRS will also make claim, this will create awareness with AF US, which in turn will alert the AF team in Poland. Thank you for the feedback, and I personally apologize for any delay. Cheers

I will.it's to good of a product not to.i just wish I would get some kind of reply sense I need to order a new one very soon.if not I guess I will have to order the 50ml.size.it's not like I won't use it .I just hope I don't get 17ml in that one.

I just received my bottle from BRS, and I've got the same issue. The bottle is only about half way filled.

Hi Guys,
I am no longer affiliated with the previous distribution company, I am only friends with AF in Poland ;) The distribution has been picked up Coralvue. After this amazing product line was dumped, I decided to move on. At this point, AF/Coralvue is handling support for US, so I will also tag my friend @sever10 from Poland to be aware.
