Aquaforest products and how to use them

Sorry if this question is in the wrong area.

I currently use aquaforest reef salt and really like it.

I am interested in trying the vitality and energy products.

Can you use just any part of the product line or is there a specific method to the aquaforest products?

I have lps and sps tank.

You can use what works for your system. Have you looked at the AF guide? link . there is some good information, but can be a tad confusing

. I have had the best results with the reef salt and components 1+2+3+, and for nutrient control phosphate minus in a reactor, lif bio fil, and a small amount to the zeomix in my sump flow tray. I have used several other products and found the basics to work best
