Let see if we can get you some answers. I do run the Aquaforest products but just run the reef salt, 1+2+3+ Mg +.

Used them until nutrients started going up because I still like to target feed my corals. Now I'm using Comp 123, pro bio s and np-pro. Using Red Sea reef salt. If phosphates and nitrates ever drop super low I'll start back up again.

I've used it all, the bacteria are very strong (at least in my system) and I no longer use them. I do use FishV just to get more vitamins in the fish food.

Not much contribution here since I just started two months ago, corals look great but they're just frags now, at least they're not brown in color.
