I would like to know whether I can just dose Aquaforest KH buffer and calcium by its own without added strong components. I do a WC every two weeks.

no, unless you go with long stretches without making water changes.

AF Full Balling Comp-1+ 2+ and 3+ (Components Strong) is for keeping your cal and alk ions stable for longer periods of time between water changes, it's not for additional trace elements.
