it will not matter at all imo. we can take a pico reef, fill it with any salt water brand made, change half or all the water weekly, and grow any sps coral that will fit into the container to the point it paints all the walls opaque. dosing nothing
this includes the low-param instant ocean, up to tropic marin multi part salt with massive calcium levels, the ranges of params simply don't matter, we can get equal growth in all salts as salt never matters to a nano or pico reefer, feeding sure does matter. I say go with the cheapest, and if you are doing dosing vs water changes you'll adjust accordingly. salt matters so little that in my own 11 yr old nano I can change out 100% of the water with any other salt and things proceed as normal, though critical params range between salts.
