Aquaforest what’s this?

brand new bottle of Aquaforest probios glass dropper seemed to be sealed, do I need to break that off? It’s that the burnt mark from sealing the glass? I opened another box, same. While I got other supl from other companies that don’t look like that.

It's a faulty dropper. Do you have an old one you can use?
If not return it.

No, you do not break it off. That's just how they make it. It's designed that way to dispense a certain sized drop I'd say. I use several of their droppers and they all come like that. Why does it look like the contents are dried up though? Could it be plugged up?

Ugh but that doesn’t suck up any fluid. It does shown some fluid went but when I press the bubble and nothing came out. Not sure if it’s clogged but that just looks unprofessional if that’s the way it is and it’s not even working.

Something definitely doesn't look right with whatever is/was in there but the dropper is correct. You'll have to wait to see what they say about the contents. Maybe the rubber part is damaged and leaked air into it drying up the liquid in the dropper and has clogged it up.

What is the expired date? Your hand was covering it in the picture.

Same thing happened to my bottle with Expiration Date of 05-2023! I removed the glass dropper from the rubber part. Then used a small paper clip to push the clog back out the back end. I guess the stuffs settled on the tip and clogged up! Just shake really well before use! I been using this with -NP pro for about a month now and very happy with the results
BTW, I believe the shape of the tip is to ensure proper drop size!

It's close but not expired. If you got it at an LFS I'd return it. Otherwise you may have to wait for a response. Aquaforest makes some good stuff. I hope you get it sorted soon.

I've had some Pro Bio S that were leaky, half empty, and full of fungus.

The bottle is not well designed, esp the small bottle. Haven't had a problem with the 50ml.

I picked up 50ml of Vitality and Energy last week and the dropper for the Energy was clogged. I just used a pin to scrape out some of the dried stuff from the end, then flushed out the remnants in a small container of RO. Works great now.
