Yeah man! Replaced everything. Alright, I'll try and reseat it and see if it changes. Thanks for the advice. Will look into a booster pump too.

Ortho.. unfortunately running at 15 psi your going to get horrible water if any out of the membrane itself!! Also make sure you let the system run for a minute or 2 before gauging the TDS!!

What are you using to hook you system up with? Pressure is super low.. maybe on a well?

Think it's just through city main. No well. Funny thing is before I replaced the media.. input pressure was up to around 40 psi in the system. Something isn't clicking.

Ya!! Sounds to me like something is definitely wrong!! I'm going to shoot you over a message with my cell number that way I can ask a few more question and see if we can't get this thing running 100 percent again!!

Got everything up and running at 40 psi with 3 TDS exiting the membrane and 0 TDS from the DI. Special thanks to AquaBoys (specifically Jeromy) for helping me out with some minor glitches

Oh My Goodness, you do need 40 PSI to your system. Can you verify that there is a flow restrictor in the yellow tube where the tube exits the membrane housing? If it is missing, it will cause poorer water quality and less efficiency all around. The leak in the hose leading to your system is most definitely causing a pressure loss too.
