Aquailluminations bad service

frustrated with AI service
2/17/21 I spoke to the repair rep and explained one diode on one light and 2 diodes on the other light were out
they explained if its a simple fix it would probably be around $75 but could be more

I was told to send them in to get a quote
I take pics of the lights to be able to show them which led diodes were out 15 minutes before I send them back
2/22/21 I speak to them and offer to fix the lights for $250 each or 40% off a new hydra 64 fixture
I tell them i didnt want to spend that much and can you just send them back
i pay shipping both ways which i am fine with
now I get my lights back and one doesnt turn on at all with a flashing red indicator
I called them and and send messages with pictures and time and date stamp to prove the lights were working right before i sent them
I even asked if maybe the forgot to plug something back in or switched a part because it does not work anymore

If I didn't have proof the lights were working right before i sent them I would have understood.
after I contacted them they said there is nothing they will do

this is just a rant about ai service

Unfortunately I just upgraded to G5s and hydra 32s (not looking foward to the future if I ever have to deal with them again )

after emailing back and forth with the manager alex
sending proof of the light working the day I sent them in and dead when it was returned
he politely stated they can't resolved the problem without me paying $250
typical money hungry company
stay away from aqua illuminations and c2 development
I expected better
