Hello. Is anyone using powerheads on the S1 or T1 v2?

I am using the Aqlink v2 app on my ios. I'm trying to figure out how to set the pulse to a fraction of a second. It looks like the lowest it can be set is 1 second which is way too long. I even try to copy and paste 0.5 and it looks like it takes but then shows as '1'.

You have to be able to set it to less, no?

Sorry guys, I'm using CP-40's on AQLink A1's connected to my Apex so there's probably not much relevance to you using the iOS app. But happy to test if the pump supports it, if it helps

Just to follow up, the minimum "On" time on the Apex is 1 second also.

Why do you want such short an on time? I found I could produce anything I wanted by changing the power and the on time. The pumps do need to spin up also, they're not propellor pumps.

In a 4' tank 1 second or more cannot create a wave. I am coming from using the JBwave controller where you can set it in the 1/10 of a second. I mean even the stock controller you can set it low enough (less than 1 sec) to produce a wave.

Have you used the same pumps with that wave controller? They're not designed to create tiny little waves, they are designed to move chunks of water in a wide flow. Honestly, they won't even have spun up properly in say half a second.

Yes. I just double checked after you wrote this. I have the CP-150 on the Aqualink t1 v2 on one side and on the other side of the tank I have the CP-55 on the stock controller.

I tested the cp-55 on w1 I can make a big wave with it using a short pulse (much shorter than 1 sec on 1 sec off).

I mean this isn't a deal breaker I am using the schedule and most of the day I am using the Reef Mode, but I wanted it to have a wave for a couple hours a day.

Waking up this thread
I just gott a AQLink t1. I having problems with the AQLink v2 app on both iOS and Android

iOS app doesn’t let me connect to WiFi,
If I add pump manually it crashes, if I enter settings it crashes,

android app works slightly better but Crashes when I Press send to pump

If I use the AQLink app it works but doesn’t support my pump (cp-150)

any thoughts?
