Aquamaxx biopellet reactor help

just hooked up the reactor, soaked Ecobak pellets overnight, when I turn on the reactor some of the pellets floated to the top plate and are staying there and some fell through under the bottom plate. I turned off the reactor reseated everything made sure all the pellets sank, turned the reactor back on and same thing. Anyone know if this is a problem or have tips on how to correct it?

Don't worry they will sink over time.
Just make sure that when the reactor is working they all move around.
When the all sink they need to move in as a tumbling motion.

They look stuck at the top plate, should I turn the reactor off till the sink?

I have the same reactor and use Aquamaxx pellets and still had this problem. As long as there are not so many pellets stuck to the top that they prevent water flow, you will be okay. Did you sosk the pellets in ro/di water over night before you put them in the chamber as recommended? This gets most of them to stay down. Also check your flow rste. If it's too high more and more will stick to the top.

Yea soaked them overnight, but still a layer on top, and then some small ones that somehow found there way to under the bottom plate. I did try messing with the flow, and they still stayed whether I increased or decreased the flow.

Don't worry it will be fine. Mine has been exactly the same way for the last 6 months.

If they don't come down after a couple of days then turn of the reactor pump and remove the pellets that stuck at the top. If you don't eventually they will restrict the flow rate and can cause trouble.
