Aquamaxx Cones Q-2 problem

Heh guys I replaced my skimmer one tear ago after a long search on this forum.

well this ja basically what Im dealing with almost everyday... even if I dont touch the water or dont even feed this happens a lot. I have to clean all my sump everyday and its a pain in the butt...is there any way I can fix that?

Btw, the valve is fully openned and the water is at 7 inches mark as specified on the manual.
