Aquamaxx hob-1 skimmer help!

So I just got this old version of aquamaxx hob-1 skimmer and install it and it produce too many micro bubbles that enters the tank. Anyone can help me?

Its probably the break in period. If you pull the cup it might help the bubbles, id try that and let it run for a couple days. The skimmer needs a good coating of bacteria to work correctly. (break in)
