Aquanest light settings and coral recommendations

hello i just got an Aquanest and am wondering if anyone else uses it and if so what your settings are like. also what corals you would recommend in a 29g biocube with this light. currantly have hammers, torches, a GSP clump (easier corals), was thinking of a red plating monipora on one of the ledges and 2 flame scoli on the sand bed. ive heard mixed things about zoas and what type of flow and lighting they like. and yes I know I have a bleached coral that was from the beginning of my coral days and im seeing if it gains any color back no matter how small the chance, it was due to a heater malfunction, now have an inkbird controller
