AquaOne skimmer

Why are they considered garbage by many. Mine seems to work fine.
Would I get more if I paid $600 would I see value in that?

I've got an aqua one 300 and got the skimmer that comes with it and thought it would be garbage and not pull out dark skimate from reading all the negative reviews but after watching a few YouTube videos on how to dial them in from an Australian reef shop owner, I've ended up keeping mine and can get some seriously dark skimmate from it and if I spent few hundred pounds on a branded skimmer and got same or worse skimmate I be sorely disappointed so sticking with my stock skimmer for time being ^_^



My attitude is if its not broke dont fix it
