Aquarimate app

Has anyone been having trouble with the Aquarimate iPhone app lately?

Starting a couple months ago, when I tap on the app I get the logo screen for 30-45 seconds, then it crashes back to my iPhone Home Screen.
I deleted and reinstalled the app, not it says I’m not an Aquarimate Live subscriber (I am).
I emailed them awaiting response.

Anyone else having trouble?

I had some trouble right after their new upgrade a few weeks back where it would crash the app anytime I wanted to add new parameters. I messaged them and there was a new update a day or two later that fixed it.

same thing happen to me,and i deleted it and lost everything for the last 3 yrs...sucked that i had to start all over again..was not happy..there still are some hiccups when you go to the calculator you have to kill the app to get things to load

I was trying to login with the wrong email address.
