I was using Aquarimate free version for a few months,seeing my backup getting full I decided to get Aquarimate live. It worked great.
For some reason 3 weeks ago fir some reason all data I had put in under foods & feedings as well as supplement & dosing vanished both from my phone and computer.
I did submit a ticket (or 4) but 3 weeks in and no answer from them
anyone have this experience? And maybe knows if it can be fixed or if Aquarimate support ever answers?
