Aquarium chiller question: what pump is needed?

I live on the 3rd floor, and the last two years I've worried way to much about the temperature of my tank and keeping it cool. So i finally broke down and bought a ActiveAqua chiller 1/10hp. My tank is a innovative marine tank with the sump in the back of it. It's about 3 feet of hose woth a u curve to go into the sump about another foot. The space i can fit the pump in is almost 4" by 3.5" with about a foot clearance to the top. I'm trying not to spend a ton considering this is already expensive. The flow rate is suggested between 132 and 396gph. My tank is a 40 gallon by the way. Any help is greatly appreciated

Get a small jebao.

You could run a non-submersed pump.

I don't want to run a non submersible one due to the fact that this place is rental. the smallest jebao won't fit in that space. I'm hoping i can find a half decent one for 40 or less
