I have, item arrived on time and in good shape. Hope this helps

Wait I'm sorry! I was thinking of marine and reef* sorry for the confusion

Everything I have heard about them is they have horrible customer service and impossible to get a hold of. Used to be Reefs2Go... look up those reviews too. I have never done business with them.

You decide

They used to be Reef2go............ wonder why the name change?!?
And no never ordered from them on mixed reviews.

I have ordered from them both when they were Reef2go and the new Aquarium Depot. I have to agree with some of the other replies, they have TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered some pods this Monday, I've gotten 3 emails saying the order was filled and that the order was going to be shipped. Ive received that email both Wednesday and today (Thursday) yet it still hasn't shipped. So now I wonder when will it ship being that I hope the pods are alive when they get here.

I took a hiatus from ordering from them because of the same thing, not knowing when things ship. My last order shipped on time but got lost by the post office - not Aquarium Depot's fault obviously, but it was frustrating because it was so hard to reach them to find out what was going on. When I finally did, via multiple emails they reshipped out my order. Then they re-shipped out the order again! Then I was notified they were shipping it out again!!!! until I emailed back every email I could find to tell them to stop.

Now as far as products Ive every gotten from them, pods, zoo's, sponges, they've all been great and arrived fine and are packaged well. Its really a shame that the customer service is so bad.

I bought the free shipping macro pac with pods. 19.99 from reefs2go, the macros were always lame little twigs but the pods were Fab. I still get pods from there from time to time best price for pods so far, but never ordered corals based on locals reviews web reviews and sad macros.

I just ordered some Zoa's & snails from them last week and the prices were 50% off and snails were BOGO free so I said what the heck and I should have listened to a lot of people here and not done it! Out of the 7 Zoa frags only 2 were even close to the actual products listing and lost 20% of the snails on the first day.............JMHO;)

Ordered Shroom frag pack from Reefs2go, two Corals were not on the shipment.
After numerous emails and weeks had past I finally got my refund-
I will not order again from them.

I haven't ordered since the new site went online - but overall I have had positive experiences over the past couple of years ordering from them. I have read the reviews and I think for the most part they are from folks with unrealistic expectations... if you're purchasing a cheap zoa frag that says 10 polyps - you really need an honest expectation of what 10 polyps are... I see many reviews complaining about the size of what they get... If you're shopping for price, DO NOT expect a large, full grown colony.
Also, recognize that you are purchasing LIVING creatures - they don't require overnight shipping, but anything you buy that isn't shipped overnight, don't complain about the quality when it arrives...
I will also say that items I have ordered from them have been packaged extremely well - better than some well known big names. Even so, I have received items DOA - but never had any trouble getting credit or replacements
it's not all puppies, kittens, and rainbows - I have had some bad experiences with them as well. There were a few times when I started buying from them that I felt like the customer service rep was being deliberately antagonistic. My overall experience though is a positive impression. I get stuff cheap, and am satisfied that I get my money's worth.

Yeah but when they send 5 out 7 of the wrong Zoa's I will never excuse such an oversight and I definitely won't pay for more shipping that costs more than the coral... But they did all have more than 10 polyps and nice to see you made a post.;)

Got,a box of dead stuff from them took months to get credit back with photo evidence

I have never ordered from them as marine depot, but went rounds with them as Reefs2go. They would always omit something from my order, then tell me they couldn't ship out just the 1 or 2 things because shipping costs too much. when I would ask for a refund they would tell me we don't give refunds but will give store credit, then when I would try to use the store credit with a bigger order, they would omit things from the order again and start the whole process over again. I finally gave up and think I still have like 30$ store credit but its not worth the hassle of going around and around. Their pods are good and you get a lot but everything else is either dead or circling the drain. I wont ever order from them again.

They used to be reefs2go, tried buying from them a few times but it has been a terrible experience. My last fish order died within 2 days in a qt tank, so sad to get something only to watch it die. Also ordered the 500 pods buy one get one free, not even close to 1000 and they shipped usps and most were dead when they arrived. I still have a credit with them but can’t get myself to spend it.
