Aquarium exposed to some rust?

I was bleaching some equipment in a 10g tank. I didn't realize there was a piece of metal in a plastic clamp that was in there and it left about a dime size spot of rust on the bottom of the tank.

Do I need to do anything else besides scrub off the spot and rinse the tank/equipment?

Do nothing, maybe go out to dinner and have a nice glass of Merlot. I purposely add rust to my tank and I have all sorts of iron in there. Forget about it.

The red rust (iron oxide) is no concern. Other metals that might have been released could be a concern if there was enough exposure.
