Aquarium light programmer

Hi all,
I have a 28 gallon reef aquarium with an LED light over it and I was wondering if there was a way I could attach a controller on the light so I can program it to come on gradually and go off gradually with the effects of dawn to dusk. In case it matters my lights are dimmable. I tried a couple of hardware stores and they did not have anything available.

It would all depend on the LED unit, if it programmable or not.

Are they PWM or 0-10v dimmable?

That is 0-10v dimming. Let me see what I can dig up
