I have 20 gallon and it has a 3 chambers I don’t want to use air stone or wavemaker because it has a small space for wave maker and messy salt for air stone, but my return pump from left pipe/side has a flat nozzle so water will flow all the way to right and overflow from right , so the question is does that flat nozzle can be an oxygen for my fish, gsp, and rose bubble tip anemone and snails?

Difficult to say. Water motion in the aquarium is important for removing carbon dioxide and replenishing oxygen. I am not quite clear about your set up but it seems you are hoping the little pump that comes with your aquarium to do the job.

How many animals are in the aquarium?

I’ll show a photo for you, from left there’s a return pump, from right there’s a overflow but every acrylic glass has a holes, so as you can see from left just a return pipe but I ordered a flat nozzle so water will flow all the way to right. (Don’t mind wave maker from left it’s temporary until flat nozzle arrive)

Yes, just adjust the nozzle to make a little surface agitation.
Awesome here’s my set up, as you can see 3 chambers with acrylic glass, but I drill that with holes and overflow from right, (don’t mind the wage maker from left it’s temporary until flat nozzle arrive, do you think the nozzle will work as a oxygen all the way from right chamber?

It should be fine. Just make sure you have a little surface agitation somewhere and you should be good to go.
