I have a 125 gallon reef tank with 2 overflows and a 70 gallon sump with probably 30 gallons of water, if anybody can recommend me a internal pump with controller which one would you recommend?

First and foremost.....Welcome to R2R

Whats your budget on a pump? If on the low end, the a Jebao DC pump will work for you. If you want a higher end pump and have an Apex, then look into the COR-20 which pairs best with teh Apex Ecosystem, but will work just as well with a bit less of contractility on its own. Ecotech's Vectra series are also good return pumps (m2, l2) And if you have a ballers budget, then look at the Red Dragon, or Abyzz return pumps.
