So some of the corners of my acrylic tank have bubbles in the silicone, its not leaking or anything, just more annoying, does anyone know how to fix this?

I am confused, acrylic aquariums have chemically sealed seamed and do not use Silicone. Are you seeing crystallization in the seams of your acrylic tank?

Yup, that is crystallization. You "should" be able to repair that using Weldon 40. That being, if it were me, I'd be looking for a new tank.

A bubble here and there is no big deal. The crazing you see is a different store. And the joint that looks cloudy... Its going to blow.

Okay, so I am going to use a acrylic triangle rod on the inside of my aquarium, can someone tell me what is the best glue or weld to use is?
