Anyone know of or use a rug/carpet/mat that they put under or in front of their aquarium? Doesn’t necessarily have to absorb a ton of water, just prevent occasional splashes from getting on to the floor and can be easily washed.
I’ve been looking at a waterproof entry rug or something like the cobalt aquatics aqua sponge mat.

I just keep some old towels handy. When I do work I fold a towel in two and work over that.

Don't own carpet or pergo type floors and there's no problem. Lifeproof or linoleum or properly sealed real hardwoods are good to go

I do the towel folding thing, seriously considering a bath mat because I keep getting yelled at about water on the floor and the towel tends to get wadded up by the end of a water change
