I remember reading some advice from Randy (I hope that I remember it accurately! If I recall correctly, he uses Instant Ocean) -
1) Pick a salt with parameters similar to where you want to maintain your tank
2) If you want to store your saltwater for a while, don't use a mix with organic components that can decay over time
3) Cost
I went with Fritz because I target an alk of 8.5, calcium in the mid 400's, and a relatively higher magnesium (1400's) to see if I can use partial water changes to get away with not dosing magnesium. It mixes cleanly and doesn't have organics/binders. Having said that, virtually any salt will probably work well if it's close to where you keep your tank.
