Aquarium T5 Bulbs Question

I'm starting up a tank again and this is the fixture I have already, its a Aquatic Life Light T5 HO 12-Lamp 6-Lunar Aquarium Light, 72-Inch. I know it's not the latest or greatest but it's all I have and all I can afford. My question is what bulb suggestions people have for this fixture the ones I currently have in it are fairly old and might not have the best spectrum. I'm looking to build a general coral tank with fish, it wont be SPS or LPS heavy or anything like that just a good mix of everything. Currently I have the bulbs that came with it which are the (8) 36" T5 HO 39W 420/460nm Actinic Lamp, (2) 36" T5 HO 39W 700+/10000K Daylight Marine Lamp, (2) 36" T5 HO 39W 460/620nm Purple Lamp.

You can’t go wrong with ATI bulbs. For growth , color and esthetics I’d suggest half the bulbs “blue Plus” and the other half “coral plus”

Alternative them in the fixture. [emoji6]

Colors of bulbs depends on what your corals are going to get.......impossible for anyone to give you s formula of light colors

Just like if you were going out to a BBQ place and asking which of the 32 bbq sauces is best

Always so helpful. I think the OP gave a good description of what hes keeping and others gave great options for him to use. Kinda why were here @skimjim
