Aquarium through bulkhead?

Im having a 150 gallons delivered on wednesday to my basement through the bulkhead im nervous i have the same space but im worried. Anyone have a similar experience? Wants to share

Oh, I thought it was water, lol.

Measure twice, cut once rule fits here.
Bulkhead will be wide enough. Is the tank 5'? Should be fine. Sounds like a professional mover is doing it? As long as they are insured, I wouldn't worry about it.
Just make sure it is in the correct spot BEFORE they leave.

i brought 2 180's through a bulkhead into a house built in 1914. it worked with two of us, three would have been better. bringing them out was worse.

I too admit didn't know what a bulkhead is....

My friends has brought in half a dozen large (120, 150, 180, etc) tanks through same, should be no problem.

Movers brought in my 270 through worse - as long as you hire professionals who do these types of moves all the time they'll have no problem and you'll laugh how easy they make it look.

I’ve had to move a 175 bowfront up to a third floor apartment. The steps were absolute hell. That was also the last time I moved a large aquarium.

I've helped slide a 7'x24"x24" through a bulkhead before. The steepness of the stairs combined with the narrow entryway mattered a LOT due to the tank length in our case. It was ugly but we got it in.

It was definitely a should of measured thrice before hand instead of eyeballing it.

Nothing like having a portion of the tank hanging over the rail 3 stories up to make a turn. Never again.

Oh i definitely measures the tank width is 25 and my bulkhead door opening is 35
