Ive recently started considering upgrading to a larger aquarium, and was hoping for some recommendations!

I currently have a very overstocked 12 gallon Nano Cube that was actually a downgrade from a RSM 250 due to heat issues... Seriously regretting not removing the hood and getting LEDs at the time!

I'm looking for any upgrade at 50 gallon max (with a little leeway of course. Just don't want WCs getting too expensive)... I was looking at the Biocube 32, but want something with more configurable lighting, or something I could slap a Prime HD or Hydra 26 on...

I've been looking at Biocubes, Cad Lights Artisan II, and even Red Sea (Which seem to break the bank a little bit). I'd prefer some sort of kit, with sump/plumbing included (like Cad Lights and Red Sea). Does anyone know of any alternatives that are better or not too pricey? Just for reference, I think the Artisan II is priced decently but was wondering about similar kits for that price point.

I'd atleast look to a 90 / 120 if you can so you can get a small tang and some of the other reef cleaner fish.
I would not worry about WC to much, if you lightly stock your tank and have a largish fuge people have been showing good results with that, and or going on the DSR or Triton method.

That said the biocubes, cad lights, red sea, elos are all fine kits.

Good luck.

I'm not a fan of all in one tanks in my opinion your limited on equipment. I'd look at a regular tank go long not deep and add what you want to your tank including livestock - I really like bow front tanks they are just eye catching!

Good luck and have fun!!
