Aquarium upkeep (Summer months)

Im wondering if anyone has any tips for keeping an aquarium during summer months where I plan to have A/C running pretty much all summer when its warmer. Is there anything I should be aware of when keeping a reef tank?

My A/C unit/vent sits about 5 feet away from my 75 gal.

My AC runs a 74* so I still have to run my heater to keep it a 77-78. You also might loose more water to evaporation.
